The Bricklayer is the next chapter in The Rusted Hatter’s Blue Collar Founders Series—a tribute to the masons and laborers whose hands built the factories, mills, schools, churches, row houses, and Main Streets that became the backbone of American communities.

Built from a patchwork of rugged heritage fabrics, The Bricklayer carries the same character as the trade itself. Grey herringbone, Glen plaid, weathered earth tones, and a deep brick-red brim come together in a traditional eight-panel newsboy—each panel different, but every piece working toward the same structure.

There’s nothing polished about the story behind this hat.

Bricklayers worked with mortar on their hands, dust in their lungs, and weather at their backs. Their names rarely appeared on the buildings they raised. Their work did.
