Shugosha Baker with Pin

The Shugosha — 守護者

Inspired by three distinct pieces of Japanese history and symbolism, brought together in a single design.

Kintsugi honors the beauty found in repair—where broken pottery is restored with gold rather than hiding its scars. Hisui, Japanese jade, has been treasured for thousands of years for its beauty and spiritual significance. Komainu, the paired guardians of sacred places, stand watch—warding off evil and protecting what lies within.

Broken. Repaired. Guarded.

Shugosha — Guardian of the Sacred.
